top8watch has been selling high-end watches since 1992. Our watches are original, brand new, in box, with serial numbers intact. We stand behind every product we sell, and our professional sales staff can guide you through your next purchase.

Shipping

All watches purchased from www.top8watch.com include free standard shipping within the continental United States. Most items ship within 2-3 days, in-stock items ship sooner, and back-order items take 1 week. When selecting overnight shipping, items will ship after our 24-48 hour handling time. Our items are shipped insured and signed for confirmation. International orders may incur VAT and customs charges which are the responsibility of the customer. Any delivery issues must be reported to our office within 48 hours of the delivery date. Failure to do so may result in loss of the package and relieves top8watch of liability. Please note that for security purposes we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Return Policies

All watches purchased from www.top8watch.com can be returned subject to the following conditions:

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and links having never been removed.

1.All merchandise returned, whether for a refund, repair, or exchange, must be clearly marked with a Return Authorization Number, which can be obtained by contacting sexyshop.com customer service by emailing [email protected]. Packages without a clearly visible and valid Return Authorization Number will be refused.

2.Items must be returned via a trackable carrier (e.g. FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS)), insured and shipped to www.top8watch.com.

3.In order to keep prices at the lowest possible, returns, cancellations and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee equal to 9% of the total purchase. Any items not on the website are special orders, and out-of-stock watches ordered from the manufacturer are special orders and cannot be canceled or returned. International orders cannot be returned or canceled. We only allow 1 exchange per customer. Items purchased with Affirm financing cannot be returned or canceled.

4.Shipping charges will be deducted from returns as well ($25-$50)

Warranty

Watches will come with a 2-5 year warranty from Luxury Of Watches on the brands that are currently on the site, we cover the movement and any internal parts. Batteries and crowns are not included, rubber and leather bands are not included also. Damage by wear, impact, or water is not covered.
